How much does a free estimate actually cost me?
Nothing. The initial consultation, site walk, and preliminary budget range are free with no obligation. We only get paid once you decide to move forward with design or construction.
Do you handle permitting, or is that on me?
We handle all permitting from start to finish — architectural submittals, engineering, city or county plan review, and inspections. You never have to sit in a permit office or navigate a city's online portal yourself.
What areas do you actually build in?
We're based in Scottsdale and build across the greater Phoenix metro — Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Peoria, and Surprise — plus Prescott, Tucson, and Payson for select custom home and renovation projects.

Yes — most of our clients start with an idea, not a finished plan. We coordinate directly with architects and engineers as part of our process, so you have a single point of contact from the first sketch through the final inspection.
How is pricing structured — fixed bid or cost-plus?
We discuss this directly during your consultation since the right approach depends on your project's scope and how finalized your plans already are. We're upfront about what's locked in versus what remains an allowance, so there are no surprise change orders later.
