Construction Services in
Mesa, Arizona

Whole-home renovations, ADUs, spec builds, and new construction — Mesa offers some of the best value land and build opportunities in the Valley.

Mesa: Underrated, Underpriced, and Building Fast

Mesa is the third-largest city in Arizona and one of the most active construction markets in the East Valley. With improving light rail access, a revitalized downtown, and some of the most affordable new construction land in Maricopa County, Mesa is a top market for both owner-occupant custom builds and investor spec homes. We have worked throughout Mesa — from older infill neighborhoods near the freeway corridors to new-growth areas near the San Tan region.

Mesa's zoning code is administered through Chapter 11 of the Mesa City Code across 25 total zone classifications, and the city adopted the 2024 International Code Council family of codes along with the 2023 National Electric Code — both took effect January 8, 2026. Mesa permits internal, attached, and detached ADUs by right in every single-residence zoning district under MZO Section 11-31-3, and unlike most Valley cities, Mesa imposes no minimum lot size to build one.

A 2025 amendment under Ordinance 5950 eliminated the requirement that converting an existing structure into an ADU replace any covered parking it displaces — a meaningful cost savings on garage-conversion projects specifically. Mesa's summers regularly exceed 110°F in June and July, so we build every ADU and addition here with high-performance insulation and high-SEER HVAC as standard, not an upsell.
